Customer service sucks

I have been a very loyal customer to panarottis for many years and I have always been pleased with the food an service until I have been to the Panarottis at the gateway branch on friday 04 September 2020.

The restaurant was not busy when my partner an myself arrived. A waitress did attend to us as we entered an was given a place to sit with the menus. After a few minutes we placed our order with the waitress.upon placing the order on the menu it states a 1 little of coke is R20.90 an a can is R22.90. I have mentioned to the waiter that this seems to be false advertising as Panarottis cannot honour what they are advertising. She was just ******** about it and stated that they mentioned it to the company but nothing has been done about it. It has been about 20 minutes later people that entered after us started to eat an yet we still did not get served. A waiter noticed us waiting an approached us and said he will check how long more for the order. We saw him speaking to the waitress an from the facial expressions something did not seem right but he said to us that the food is almost done an that they are just laying the final sauce. Another 20 minutes later an then the food was served.

Upon receiving the meals , we did not recieve any sauces, pepper, salt. I had to get up an start to fetch them from other tables around. A waiter did see me doing so an assisted me with handing me the salt an pepper shakers Upon using those shakers, I noticed my palm starting to burn. I looked at my palm and there were full cuts on my hand. The pepper an salt shakers have been chipped an cracked really badly. My palm was burning an blood started to ooze out. I have notified the waiter that did attend to me an all he stated was that he was sorry an swooped out the pepper shaker. On the shaker that he swopped out even that one was cracked. My partner was so disgusted with the service we recieved that she did not even want to eat an we requested a carry bag to take the our goods away and all we recieved was just a container , we had to ask for a bag to put the food into.

My biggest concern is that those shakers that was taken from me cause it cut me was put back with all the other shakers ready to be given to the next customer. It supposed to he thrown away. I got up an took photos only to find out that there were about 4 cracked shakers there. How many other customers went home with cuts on their palms ? How many more customers are going to get cut? With covid -19 affecting us is this the level of services we customers recieve ? Panarottis gateway service really sucks and I will never want any of my family or friends ever giving them support.
