Today I visited Panarottis at Ballito Junction. I was informed by the waitress that the special was 30% off all main meals.

I ordered a large margarita pizza, 1 alfredo pasta and 2 saltimbocca pastas and drinks.

When I received my bill, I was very surprised to see that my bill was not calculated correctly to my knowledge of the special.

The waitress informed some other lady that told me that's the way the computer worked the special out and I must just pay my bill. I refused?

I calculated my bill and paid what I worked out then another lady at the till tells me she discounted the alfredo pasta further what am I still squealing for.

I am utterly disappointed at the service my family and I received. I felt sorry for my waitress because she told me about the birthday special and the other waitress said to me only if I received a message do I qualify for the birthday special.

My bill was R426,92, the bill I received was R496, 22

It was a horrible experience.
