Customer Care not knowlegable

I phoned Panarotis call center and spoke to Phumi and wanted to know if I had forgotten my card can I use the digital form and do I have to register. She says if you have not card then no points. Aslo one can register for either digital or have a card system which is contrary to FAQ below<br> What if I forget my card at home?<br> The great thing about the Panarottis Rewards Programme is that you can transact with a card or your mobile profile on one account.
