Continuous worst service

If I could give no stars I would. Whenever I come at the panarottis the Glen shopping mall, there are always issues. I generally come here for my kids. Otherwise I just wouldn't come back. But then on the 14th February 2020, on a Friday, we arrived at 8 and literally got served at 8:30, we thought it had been cause we were seated outside, we requested to have a seat inside as soon as someone had left. Nobody attended to us, I'm sure we called the manager like 4 times, when we eventually got served with food at 9:12 pm. For such a big franchise to constantly have bad service is pathetic. To them we may just be another number. But do we as customers not get good service cause they're making money??? I'm disgusted that this happens all the time. Someone needs to sort it out. I look young but I am a 30 year old mom who does not appreciate the service this place gives us. Someone needs to sort, and I will continue to bad mouth this place until something happens.
