Condescending treatment from Sandra

The waitress by the name of Sandra, was very RUDE , I asked for water and she never came back to me until I called the manager and told him about the scenario and he apologised and brought me water. Sandra apologized in a very condescending manner which I did not appreciate and I told her how unhappy I was of her behavior but she kept quiet. I am not happy as I feel like I was undermined and looked down on.
