Christmas eve spoilt

On the morning oth the 24th I phoned Panarottis at Baywest to confirm if they would be open in the evening. I had friends from out of town and we wanted to make use of the pizza special. The lady I spoke to said she wasnt sure and would check with her manager. She phoned me back at 1:15pm to confirm that the kitchen will be open until 7pm and that the special starts from 5pm. 4 of us arrived there at 4:56 only to be told that they were closed. They said that the center was closing at 9pm and that they had other things to do and that they were now closed. Baywest is on the other side of PE and its a far way to go only to be told this. How can you just make a decision like that in the afternoon after informing customers that you would be open until 7pm. They also had my phone number and not one person had the decency to call me to tell me that they would be closing early. WE were all very disappointed as we were so looking forward to having pizza. Thankfully John Dorys accommodated us and ensured that we had a lovely evening further. Sorry Panarottis if this is how you operate I wont be making the effort to drive all the way to Baywest Mall again!
