Chef the manager is not good for the business

Yesterday I took my four year old to Panarottis The groove, she wasn't feeling well and she vomited on the staircase and The Manager was so rude, no remorse towards the event, I mean she just a baby I couldn't even accompany her to the toilet, he said I must clean up there's nothing he can do or any help he can offer it even states in there policy, I stood there hopeless and cleaned the the stairs he kept telling the waiters not to help me, I know it states in policy it's my parental duties to look after my own child, the give me a roll of paper towel and a bag. Chef the manager is so rude and arrogant. I'm truly disappointed I'll never walk into that place😠😠😠😠😠
