CENTURION LIFESTYLE PANAROTTIS - WORST SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

We were regular clients at Jean Crossing, but we will NEVER go to Panarottis Centurion Lifestyle again...

First of all we waited for over an hour for our pizza...that I could live with (poor service - but ok)...but then the people who ordered take-aways were told after waiting for an hour and 45 minutes that the restaurant could in fact not give them their orders...message conveyed by a staff member, not the manager

After they asked for the manager a guy came to the front and very arrogantly told clients waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes or longer that he is sorry, his kitchen is too busy they can take their money back or wait for as long as it takes...

How is this accepted?

How is a manager arrogant with clients?

I think this manager should be dealt with my Head Office, it is shocking that he is even working with the public!!!
