CANAL WALK - NOT WILLING TO SERVE

<p>So myself and hubby decided to get a take away pizza at Panarottis Canal Walk after the movie like we normally do, as they were closing 23:00. We left the movie a bit earlier to ensure we get there atleast 15minutes before closing. He approached the counter and asked the manager if they were closed already as it was 22:40 or can they assist us. The manager was rude and told him that we cannot sit down as all the waiters were cashed up. He did not even bother to greet properly nor ask if it is for take away or sit down. For such a big franchise not being willing to serve customers and closing before the set trading times was quite shocking especially from a restaurant in such a big centre as well. As we were busy leaving Canal Walk I phoned the N1 City branch at 22:45 to order a pizzawas their trading hours was also 23:00. The waiter, Sam, was friendly and took the order and sure enough the pizza was done 23:05 when we arrived. The manager and staff greeted me friendly and was willing to actually serve. Well done N1 City for excellent customer service!!! You will definitely see us again. As for Canal Walk, I am shocked that they weren't willing to take an order 20minutes before set closing time.</p>
