bubblegum in pizza

We ordered a pizza at panarottis east rand mall on Monday 16 Oct 2017.When we almost finished the pizza my wife got something in her mouth that didnt taste like pizza and took it out. To our surprise it was a blob of bubblegum that at first looked like melted cheese, but the unmistakable minty flavour were there. We called the manager and told him what happened. He treid to please us with a free pizza which we turned down because how can i trust the food after i saw the kitchen staff all looking at what was happening at our table. The manager took my number with the promise that the owner will call me. When he didnt call by 18h00 on Tuesday we desided to take it further so that people know what can happen in a restaurant kitchen.
