Blacklisted on our first experience

Absolutely a no-go place! We telephoned an order through on sunday at 14:05 for a duo pizza on a gluten-free base and asked them to have it ready for collection at 17:30. My wife arrived shortly after the agreed collection time, but the pizza wasn't ready. After a lot of haggling, my wife eventually got the pizza, but then the amount given over the telephone and the amount she had to pay differed by more than R30! We were given a price during the order for R190, but ended up paying R220, after confirming that everything was included. This is not how a business is run, but then we know how ******* the South Africans are. Being our first experience at this new outlet, it was certainly our last and I will shout from the rooftops that these people should not be supported. Friendly staff does not compensate for incompetence. Thank you, Panarottis, Meyerton, once bitten and twice shy. The proforma invoice is ***6 and the take-away reference is 16.
