BILL DISCREPANCY

On Sunday the 23rd of October I visited your restaurant at the Baywest Mall in Port Elizabeth. After the dining experience I asked one of the waiters to bring my bill and to my suprise they also included my 6 year old daughter's meal which was suppose to be free. After querying the bill with the male manager he told me that the meal is not part of the promo and 15 minutes later the female manager on duty came explaining to me that it was an error and they will void it. The entire experience was distasteful and gave me reasons to believe that the staff are billing customers without knowledge and then pocketing the free meal charges as she refused to do a reprint of the slip and said she will minus the amount and I will pay the difference. It was the first time visiting your place and I do not see myself going back there.
