Bad Service/Trading hours

On the 25th of November we went to panarottis at Prominade mall, we arrived at 21:27 and we were 4 adults and 4 children, we were told by the waiter Keanen that the shop is about to be closed, and we cannot place an order and sit down. While there was other customer sitting and enjoying their meal. I was surprised cause trading hours is 9am to 10 pm. I then requested to speak to the manager the lady called Natasha came and told me that they are about to be closed. So we left the store without any assistance. I find this very disappointing.
