Bad service, raw food, health risk

visited the panarotties store on the 11 May 2024.

I took my kids thr for their birthdays.

I never go to Panarotties in Vredenburg because of the bad service I received their the first time I visited them.

On Saturday, 11 May 2024 the kids got to choose where we eat and unfortunately they choice Panarotties Vredenburg Mall.

The food took long as usual which is nothing new. We joked around about it but it didn't bother us much as we just wanted to relax and enjoy the meal.

My husband and I both ordered the combo that comes with a quarter chick.

When the meals eventually did arrive, and I got to my chicken it was a ****** at the bone which means the chicken wasn't cooked properly. I called the manage and while I was at it I cut my husband's pc of chicken open as well and what do you. No surprise there though but his chicken was raw too. They took it back to the kitchen an a long while later came back with the chicken on a side plate. My husband and I had now cold food on our plate as we waited for our chicken.

They did not take the old plates away and freshen them up and neither did they offer to keep our other food warm while we waited.

My husband asked them to warm my food up after they had brought the chicken back but I declined as I couldn't risk waiting out 30 to 40 mins for my other food just to be warmed up again.

My plate had chicken blood in it as well because of the chicken that wasn't properly cooked the first time.

The manager was at the table and did apologize and when I asked the waitor for our bill and if they could just pack up the food as a take away, the manager came back and asked me if everything was OK?

I told her yes it's fine, because I just wanted to get out of there as I was already agitated after she even asked me a question like that.

I'm not sure if your staff is not trained properly or what the issue is but there is definitely a service issue at this store.
