Bad service....from sit down

I arrived at this restaurant, and was assisted to a seating place along with my mom, my daughter and twin nieces. My mom left for a store nearby. We waited for abt 7 mins and had to ask to be served in order to be served. I placed a drinks order, it came, I place the children's order, it took 10 mins. When I called the waiter with no name from the kitchen, he acknowledged, but still did not come. 2 tables that arrived after us, received their orders and waiter way ahead of us. Where is the general service in this restaurant. They are all floating past us as though we aren't here to eat like everyone else. Our table is full of menus and glasses, and no one is bothered. In addition, when I said to the waiter, I'm not happy with his service, he tells me \I'm actually not your waiter, I'm off duty\". Now our food has arrived, except mine and no condiments have been delivered. Exceptional service don't you think!!!"
