Bad service from Pannarottis Manager

Me and my wife frequently visit Pannarottis in the Westcoast Mall in Vredenburg. Today we requested the waiter to provide us a wifi password. The waiter informed us that the new manager or new owner has taken over control of the wifi and does not want either the waiters nor customers to have access. I think that this is very poor service from the managers side and we will from now on rather visit another restaurant.
