Bad service from a manager

Wish I can give them no stars. Bad service, waited almost an hour for a table, we called the manager and was first told he was not aware we where waiting for a table with a attitude. Then he told us he can't help if other people occupy a tables cos they want sit next to the people they know sarcastically. Then I ask do we have to reserve a table next time around, he then say no he does not allow bookings but in the same breath he says the big group booked a table.
