Bad service

Good day I am very dissatisfied with the service that we have received from panarrotis...

At about 8:57 my fiancé and I were standing at panarrotis entrance where it was half opened,bare in mind the manager was sitting inside at the front and kept walking up and down to the front counter.There were workers working in the kitchen as well that kept looking at us but never came and kept us updated as to what's happening or what time they're opening.

I think took a walk to spur to order breakfast for my mom and went back to wait for panarrotis to open, however they didn't,there people in the kitchen kept looking at us and never came and informed us that they are opening at 10... The manage only came to us after we waited so long...there was no sign to indicate that they are opening at 10 today... I wasted so much of my time waiting there...

Eventually we just went to spur,we always receive good service from them and they always keep us updated and you will never miss a sign that says we are opening at 10.
