Bad service at Panarottis Boardwalk mall

Went to the Panarottis at the Boardwalk mall on 28.12.2024 and was disappointed from the moment we walked in. We ordered our drinks, we saw it standing in the kitchen for a while and then had to ask a different waiter to get our coldrinks, which was hot when we got it. Then we ordered 2 pizzas, the one had feta as one of the main ingredients. The waiter came back just before the pizzas were done to inform us there was no feta available and we should choose a different topping instead. We asked for pineapple on the other pizza, but when we got it, there was no pineapple on the pizza. The base did not taste fresh at all either.we ordered 1 more drink from the original waiter and asked for our condiments, both pizzas were cold and still no drink or condiments. We had to ask the manager for the drink and condiments and he endedup bringing the drink only, still no condiments. This is the 1st time we received such horrible service and food from this branch and worst of all, the restaurant wasnt even busy! We were about 5 tables in total and they were 3 waiters,the door lady and the manager who couldn't even manage a half empty restaurant..
