Bad service at Panarotti

Panarottis in Trade Route has got to be the worst service I experience. We came in for breakfast and the restaurant had only 2 tables occupied. When our order finally arrived it was cold to make things worse the eggs were under cooked. I asked for them to be well done it took 20 minutes. Asked for the manager he claims he was sick with a runny tummy(Ibrahim) and Mike another manager assisted after 40 minutes.

I want to thank Mike for his managerial s****s which Ibrahim failed at.
