Bad service and attitude.

Yesterday my boyfriend and I quickly popped in for some wine and a quick meal. We ordered a bottle of wine, the waiter then got the order incorrect and brought a glass instead. This would not have bothered me much but the waiter came back and blamed us for the situation but said he won't charge extra for the mistake. When we recieved the bill we were charged R80 for a margarita pizza which costs R58 on the menu. And we were charged for the extra glass of wine. Couldn't be more disappointed, this is also not the first incident of being treated poorly. I am a big fan and usually eat at The Grove branch where I've never been disappointed.
