Bad service

Took my family to panarotis wonderpark on Friday,we ordered a Gourmet Pizza,and it was so nice that we diceded to buy a second one,then when it came it was raw dough,we told our waiter he brought it to his managers attention,the manager called another one to discuss the matter next to us as if we don't exist,and they instructed the waiter to take it back to the kitchen and asked him to ask us if we want another one,they did not even have the dicency to apologize or maybe strand to us,I felt that they were very rude given that my Kidd's were fed raw pizza,what if the got ill or something?I will never set foot in that store again,the manager is raisist as he was attending to white customes, asking if they are ok but could not come to our table to sort the issue at hand,he was wearing a red golfer and the other one was wearing black shirt.
