Bad service

I have been sitting in this restaurant since just before 13h00. It is 13h16 and I haven't recieved anything yet. The waiter Madre just came and apologised to me saying that they had a lot of take away orders that needed to go out so they focus on the take aways first and then the customers in the store. As I was sitting here I didn't see 1 take away going out of the store. This is highly unacceptable. She told us that they do not have any staff. There are only one person in the kitchen making the food as well as only one waiter running around on the floor. This is total unacceptable service from this restaurant and that makes everything worse is not one manager came to our table to apologise.
