Bad service!!!

I'm currently at panarottis the glen mall with my kids. We walked in and a waiter came to our table after 10 minutes and yet the restaurant is empty. When a waiter finally comes he gives us the menus, as I was about to order he walks away and says he is not our waiter and someone else will cone help us, 10 minutes later the same waiter comes and he laughs at us and says he was joking which I found distasteful, we give him our order and he walks away. Then 20 minutes later he brings my order and my brothers order but not the kids, I ask what happened to the kids orders he says he forgot, then another waiter comes and my order was wrong and they replaced it but how do we eat when kids are not attended to?? We wait another 20 minutes and then the manager comes out who then gives my kids a plate of chips while they wait...

The other waiters in the open plan kitchen laugh at us!!!.

The other manager comes and tries to settle the matter with my brother, by then I'm ****ed and just not interested!!!!
