Bad service
<p>Me and a couple of friends wanted to visit Panarottis on the Thursday all you can eat special. Knowing this would be a busy night, I called to put my name on the waiting list only to be informed that they do not do it telephonically. I asked how long I will wait, and was informed that there is a 50minute waiting list. Thus I have to drive to Panarottis, put my name on the list and wait there for 50 minutes. Shocking</p>
Thank you for taking the time to raise your concern. Panarottis does not taking booking or reservation, instead they work on a first come first serve basis which applies to every day of the week. Reservations are only accepted for kids parties.
