Bad Service

I visited Hemingways Shopping Centre, and went to Panarottis. We entered this branch, no one assisted us, we found our own table. We then sat for a further 15 minutes waiting for someone to take our drinks order, and eventually we had to ask the Manager to take our order... The service was extremely slow, and the staff were very dismissive. We had 2 tables arrive after us, and they both got their starters and drinks before us. I dont understand this. I strongly feel if we had been white patrons as well, we would have received better service! I will never go back there again, and it was a horrible experience. Really disappointed!
