Bad Service

Yesterday I ordered food at Panarottis Springs Mall at 14:00. 15 minutes later I went back to the app to check my order only to find out that it is showing Pending. I then called the restaurant and I was told that they can’t pick up my order I need to call their call centre. I only received my order at 15:30.
