Bad Restaurant Hgyiene and Customer Service

Dear Hello Peter, am writing to file a complaint against [Panarottis Vaal Mall] regarding a serious issue with their customer service and hygiene issue that I have encountered yesterday (03/02/2025)

I had an unpleasant experience at Panarottis, Vaal Mall. My friend and I went for late dinner. We ordered 1lt Strawberry Cool, Dou pizza 1/2 Bacon & Ham 1/2 Rib & Steak. Our food and drinks arrived on time.

We were the only customers remaining at the restaurant because it was late. But while we were still eating, the waiters decided to start cleaning the whole restaurant and several big ****roaches came out crawling from the floor. We immediately lost appetite of the food we bought and we called the waiter that was serving us to inform her about this issue. She called the manager and no one wanted to take any responsibility of the matter but rather the manager blamed it on other stores, saying that other stores are the reason why they have ****roaches in their restaurant, meaning that it’s not their fault and there’s nothing they can do about it.

We asked for takeaways since we already lost our appetite and we were forced to pay the full bill (R300), for food we didn’t even enjoy, even when we arrived at home, we couldn’t eat the leftovers because we were disgusted by the hygiene at the restaurant

I would really like to be fully refunded and for the company to follow basic food safety and health rules.
