bad management and poor service

This is the second time I have gone to eat at this franchise and waiting for an hour for our first time orders and it wasn't full to tonight food was coming out before drinks all the management were so busy eating and chatting at their table NOTHING was supervised. Our waitress was the only reason we stayed (Fredrika)she was moaning at the kitchen. The management (a lady) only response was I was busy with my meal.....then I got stared at from the kitchen as if I should watch my mouth by the manager or one there of .<br> Does service mean nothing at Panarottis as this seems to be the norm
