Bad management
My husband and I are currently having breakfast. We did not appreciate how the manager addressed his staff in front of all the customers too see. I felt embarrassed for the staff. The poor staff did not even know where to turn their faces and it made me lose my appitate. Being in management myself, this is no way to address staff.
