Bad experience

Good evening I would like to share my experience at Pannarotis Tubatse crossing. Today I received bad treatment at the store. I ordered a meal and unfortunately the chicken had a bad smell and tasted rotten. I raised the issue with the waitress who also confirmed that something was wrong with the meat. She called the manager to assist but he did not show up. Instead he sent the lady back to me and asked that I order something of the same price with my meal. The meal I was able to order was 30 rands below the initial meal. But unfortunately I had to pay the higher amount because the waiter said they could not reverse my order. I peacefully paid and left the store. I did not receive any apology from anyone. I have been failed as a customer. My health could be affected by the chicken. I feel that I was ****** of my money
