bad experience after the other!!!

<p>Sa****ay I went to had breakfast with my daughter here! Firstly we had to wait 30 minutes just to get our drinks then an additional 30 minutes just for the breakfast to arrive! Then to top it off the incorrect order arrives!! So I left and went to cuppacinos,my food was ready in 30minz in full resturant!!!Amazing!!! A steak mind you since we had missed breakfast!!! So now as I type this I'm here at panarottis again to pick up a phone order I put in this morning not wanting to wait 1hour for my breakfast again. I was told it would be ready in 15minz, well not suprized that when I got here the order wasn't ready let alone put in! And the kitchen staff sometimes know how to make an egg white only egg and sometimes don't... Shuuuuu wow!! Something needs to happen at this resturant it's ridiculous, giving panarottis a bad loo**** </p>
