Bad customer service

My husband ordered home made beef lasagne and he was served in such a dirty dish taken straight from the oven not wiped and when he complained the Manager told him it's coming from the oven hence its like that. We were under the impression that they will send the waitress to wipe and that was not done. When the waitress came she told us that it was supposed to be wiped at the kitchen. The lasagne was burnt and dish had burnt sauce on the sides. Wooow even at my house I can ne er serve someone from a dirty dish like that as if I am dishing up for a dog.
