Bad customer service

On Sunday morning 25th April we decided to have a breakfast at Panarottis Pizza Pasta at Vaal Mall Vanderbijlpark. (10H30) To say least what a poor service and we did not even enter the restaurant. They left us including other customers waiting in vain to be seated. It was like we were ignored by everyone including the two behind the partition at the entrance. They did not even bother to look at us. After some time standing one of the waitresses or attendant took the couple in front of us to a seat without sanitizing or whatever protocol. We said that we would take a seat against the main isle as all of them were open. We were rudely stopped by another employee (Male) and were ushered back to the entrance. He then turned around walked away and ignored us further. Needles we went to another Restaurant after waiting again a few minutes. Panarottis Vaal Mall never again. I had to rate a one star for this review but if i had choice i would not even award one star.
