bad customer service

I decided to take my inlaws out for supper as it was their first time at your branch in promenade.after being seated we had to ask the manager to get our waiter which he only arrived 15 minutes later.after ordering our meal and having a slice the meat was still raw,i asked the manager to please sort it out as our waiter was nowhere to be seen he took the pizza away stuck it back in the oven and returning it with the cheese half burnt,iasked him to take my slice away because of the raw meat on my slice which he did and never came back with my slice or my plate.when i asked the OTHER waiter to bring me a new plate she walked pass me 3 times without any plate i ended eatin my half burnt slice of pizza with my hand messing everywhere.in one hour we had 4 different waiters and a manger serving us and all service was bad its a disgrace the way they serve the customers.i will never bring my family to a panarottis ever again and i will let the people know what a disgrace it is to go there.
