bad customer service

hi, <br> sometime back I was at Panarotti's with a friend, on arrive the waiter took his time to attend to us, when he finally decided to take our order he dragged his feet and brought the wrong order. He forgot to bring our drinks, and brought them when the food was already delivered. he even forgot a glass a water which was ordered on arrival, not forgetting his bad attitude. He disappeared the whole night and only came back to bring the bill.<br> <br> A while after that I went to the same Panarotti's with friends, the waiter was very irritable, had attitude and looked like he would rather be home sleeping than attending to customers. When he finally brought our order the Pizza tasted as though it had been made with soap water, very disappointing considering that Panarotti's makes really good food. Our waiter disappeared the whole time, we had to ask for assistance from another waiter whole was around. when we left \the bad waiter"laughed and sarcastically said we should come back for \""good service\"".<br> I was heavily disappointed in the manner in which the waiter behaved as well as the food. Panarotti's should train their employees to treat customers with respect."""
