bad attitude

I would like to put in a complaint against the panarottis at the north cape mall. It was around 2:30 pm. First of all I was seated at my table and i placed my order there so I needed to go to bathroom first. When I came back there was someone else sitting in my seat that I politely had to asc the child to leave my seat where my drink was on the table. second of all i overlook the order and made a mistake and order the wrong item but the waiter that serve me was unprofessional kept looking around did not realy pay attention to me so he called the manager she talk to me if i were like a child and had a attitude towards me i am very unhappy with the service and how i was treated. the date was on 24 may
