Bad and appalling service

Good day I was there Saturday for lunch with my friend. Food was great but the service of the waiter sucked big time. When i asked for a refill on my drink it took 20min to come and after that be was more busy serving his customers in the smoking section than attending to us. We still wanted to order dessert but after wating yet another 15 to 20 minutes of non attention i went to the manager to report this and ask the bill. The manager didnt look very eager to assist us and rather went to the waiter to to talk about i dont know what. Not even an apology from either of the 2. And some more on the slip it says 1 cover where we were 2 1st time there for me and im totally disappointednin the service received Oh and then he still had the nerve when we gave him R400 to ask can he keep the change. Really??? We told him no to bring back the change. I would not have tipped him at all but my friend ended up give him a R10. Really not cool guys
