Awful food delivery

I ordered pasta and chicken strips with cheese sauce from panarottis Zevenwacht Mall. My order arrived a while hour later completely disgusted with what I received. Chicken is not strips its burnt and a mayo kinda sauce? How can you serve this to your clients I paid so much money for this **** order? I'm dissapointed really I couldn't even eat the chicken strips or the pasta it was awful. I have pictures that I can't upload
