APPALLING SERVICE

I'm appalled at the level of service that I received that the Vaal mall branch. On Saturday 16 April 2016, at about 4pm. I ordered two pizzas for takeaway. (A deboned rib and a chicken and mayo, both large). After paying at the till, the lady (whom I think was a manager as her shirt was black) told me to wait 20 mins. After 25 mins I came back, and she told me that they have just placed my pizzas in the oven, and should be ready in 5 min. After 15 min, I went back and guess what??? MY PIZZA was only being placed in the oven. And her excuse was that I should wait 5 mins AGAIN??? How absurd I that. I even requested my money back, and what more appalling is that they didn't only waste my time, they **** IN my face. PANNAROTIS VAAL mall takes the award for the worst service ever displayed. And it wasn't even that busy.<br> <br> When i asked for my money back, the lady at the till even said, \i would also want a refund after being made to wait 45 min\"<br> , how crass is that???
