App not working and terrible service.

Terrible Terrible service as usual. App wasn't working as always. I couldn't redeem points on my app. The nerve to be told I must come back for them to do it manually. I must just come back for points REALLY? Then waiter didn't even bother checking up on us EVER. The last time I was there , the waiter got the order wrong and I was liable to pay. Carnival City Branch
