****** and insulting comment by manager

My name is Liston Mthwana, a regular at Panarottis. However,this time around I regret to mention the treatment I got on the 5th of April 2023 at the Morning Glen branch. I walked in with my family to have a meal and naturally I asked for water in my water bottle. Shortly after the waiter gave me the water filled bottle,the manager by the name of Wayne passed a comment directly to me in front of my family and said "our staff is too busy, why don't you get water from the public toilet". It was not only disrespectful but very insulting towards me and my entire family...provided that he is a white gentleman,it gave off a ****** context. I felt very disrespected and disappointed... This is a place I walked in to as a paying customer. The manner in which they handled the situation was also not satisfactory. I received a call the following day and the lady continued to say to me "it's a normal thing to send people to the toilet to get water". This is what was meant to be an apology from them. It is with great disappointment and frustration to learn that this is how Panarottis treats their paying regular customers. Please attend to this ASAP
