An inconvenience to a restaurant which was not full

On 21st May we went to Panarottis MM to celebrate a birthday. There was 10 of us including kids, we had phoned prior to make a booking only to find out that it was not the phone number for Matlosana mall's Panarottis . So we decided to stay at the Panarottis Matlosana Mall since it was not full. We were given a small table that can accommodate only 4 of us. When I made a suggestion to the waiter and the manager lady to join some vacant tables so as to accommodate us all, we were told to step aside and wait at the door for a combined table that was occupied already not knowing when the customer were going to leave. When I asked why don't they combine the vacant tables I was told how of an inconvenience we were yet we were there to bring in money to the restaurant and the lady manager gave away the table that I was asking for to be combined to accommodate all of us to a customer that found us there. So we left with our cake and all and no one came to inquiry why we were leaving.. Clearly we were an inconvenience to a not so full Resturant.
