All You Can Eat debacle

Previously had the Thursday special at another branch and I'm a regular customer of various branches across Cape Town, always been highly satisfied. However last night(26/03/15) I decided to go have dinner at the Kenilworth branch with my wife, mom and daughter. What follows is the worst dinning experience of my life. We were seated and about 10 mins later our waiter came to the table. We ordered 3 Thursday night specials, a large sprite and a regular cream soda. I also asked for a baby chair. 5 mins later the 1st round of pizzas arrived as well as the 2nd. Both these pizzas were delicious. When our drinks arrived, it was a regular coke instead of a cream soda and the waiter insisted we ordered it. Another slice arrived which was also very tasty. Asked the waiter for a high chair for the 3rd time. After this it unraveled terribly. The following pizzas were either raw, burnt or ingredients on the pizza were old. Eg. Seafoood pizza had rotten half cooked prawns on, sweet chilli chicken pizza was all sugar and no chili whatsoever, pizza base was raw...still frozen in places, Hawaiian's pineapple had pieces of mold,the base tasted old and was tough. The list can continue..
