2 Hours wait for an incomplete order

I ordered the Panarotti's special last night from Delivery Xtreme: 2 x Large Pizzas and a 2L Coke. My pizza was the Californian, which comes with Avo and I was assured avo was still available and would be on my pizza. I ordered at 19:30 and was told Panarotti's was very busy and my order would be delivered by 21:00. I agreed to this. At 20:50 delivery Xtreme called to say there was a back log at Panarotti's and our pizzas would only be delivered at 21:40. At 21:35 our pizzas arrived. My husband fetched them at the gate. Ravenously hungry, we dived into our pizzas. And mine was missing the avo. Which was part of the pizza and paid for. I then realized the 2L coke never arrived. I paid R260 for two large pizzas only to wait 2 hours for it to arrive and then not get what I actually ordered. I'm seriously not happy if I think what I could have had for R260 instead. I feel as if I wasted my money.
