I WILL NEVER ORDER A TAKE-AWAY FROM PANAROTTIS IN CRESTA CENTRE

Today, Sunday 19th September, I travelled from Brakpan to have lunch with my daughter in Weltevreden Park. At 11:00 she ordered THREE take-away meals from Panarottis in Cresta. At 11:45 TWO meals arrived. She contacted the manager and he said he would send the missing meal. By 14:00 the meal had not yet arrived. The manager said he couldn't give her a refund for the meal for which she had paid but next time she was at Cresta, to come in and he would give her a free pasta!!! WHAT PATHETIC, DREADFUL SERVICE
