Awesome Customer Service
I booked a table for my family and I to celebrate my graduation, they followed up before I arrived and the staff was amazing. Particularly our waiter Praise. The food was also great and the made my day extra special by throwing in some celebration songs.Thanks for the great service it was really appreciated

I WILL NEVER ORDER A TAKE-AWAY FROM PANAROTTIS IN CRESTA CENTRE
Today, Sunday 19th September, I travelled from Brakpan to have lunch with my daughter in Weltevreden Park. At 11:00 she ordered THREE take-away meals from Panarottis in Cresta. At 11:45 TWO meals arrived. She contacted the manager and he said he would send the missing meal. By 14:00 the meal had not yet arrived. The manager said he couldn't give her a refund for the meal for which she had paid but next time she was at Cresta, to come in and he would give her a free pasta!!! WHAT PATHETIC, DREADFUL SERVICE
