Bad service from palmwood guest house

Service is bad. Paid to stay at the venue. Sent through a cancelation and spoke to owner. He now ignores my calls, text and emails. Been waiting for my refund for more than 6 weeks now. Quick to get you to pay and cares less when he has to give you your money back. I FEEL ******
