Frustrated
I canceled my 4 days reservation with this guesthouse because the wedding that I was supposed to attend was canceled. Now I am struggling to get my refund from this place. They don't respond to any form of communication after you have paid them.

Bad service from palmwood guest house
Service is bad. Paid to stay at the venue. Sent through a cancelation and spoke to owner. He now ignores my calls, text and emails. Been waiting for my refund for more than 6 weeks now. Quick to get you to pay and cares less when he has to give you your money back. I FEEL ******
