Bad Customer Service

The service I received was totally poor, I stood for an hour at a queue to withdraw cash back then when, I finally got to the cashier she couldn't help me because she was offline but she, suggest I can go to money market because it's fine that side there are not offline when I got there the lady said I must go start a queue again outside .Which was unfair and poor customer service. Shoprite Palm Springs Mall.
